Pooja Laungani is a Reebok Certified Instructor who has been in the fitness industry for the past 25 years and is the leader in Bollywood Dance Aerobics. Also a certified Zumba Instructor.

Pooja is professionally trained Aerobics, weight training, kickboxing, Pilates, step aerobics, Yoga, and Dance. She is the creator of Bollyrobics, combining Bollywood dancing and aerobic steps.
